Ok, so its been hard getting back in the saddle this year after (most) of the seasonal rain has been gone, but yesterday was just too gorgeous a day here to pass up the opportunity. Temps were in the mid to upper 60s, a bit of wind, but nothing terrible, so I snuck out for a quick 15 miler around lunchtime.

It was great to be out, and hope to get a few more weekday rides in. I work from home 90% of the time, and I just seem to get sucked into the computer and stay there. A habit I really need to break. Next real shot of an afternoon ride looks like thursday or friday (expecting more rain wednsday and saturday). Hopefully a longer ride Sunday.

Oh, and this is the best time of year to be out and about in the Bay Area. Get us some photos of California Poppies with some lupins--that will get you motivated to get out, eh?
