ok, i did a run around the clock for my school. i was thinking, ok since i am fit from biking, i could run most of the time. so i did. but now i am paying for it. i can hardly walk!!! but i can still bike with minimal pain, but not as fast.
i am thinking my legs are hurting is because in biking you use different muscles than running.
how can i get rid of the pain? what kind of food is good to speed up the healing process??

Stretching the leg muscles several times a day is the quickest relief.

is it like joint pain? or is it muscle soreness? If its just muscle soreness, it'll go away, try some advil and a hot shower with stretching. Or you could just suck it up :D
joint pain is a different animal, try advil, ice and rest.

joint pain is a different animal
that was the 2nd time in my life i herd that expression. The first time i was "animal? what animal?"
well its been almost 4 days, my muscles are tiny bit healing, stretching does help.
