whats up. So, let me tell you about the worst (bike) day ever.

So, I was supposed to go to the Pittsburgh Critical Mass today. It was gonna be my first 'Mass ever and be real sweet. It was 70+ out today and which is basically a huge anamoly for Pgh. Anyway, I went downstairs to grab my bike and noticed my tires (1"ers) were low. So, I decided to pump em up.

Pump PUmp PUMp B000M - HISSSSSSS. I blew my back tube! AHHHHHH. Does this happen to others often? I mean I didnt think it was pumping to much. I was just trying to get them nice and firm.

So, I ran back in my place, grabbed my 1.5's and tubes and proceeded to strip 4 rims and put the 1.5's on my bike, only to finish at the exact time the critical mass crowd left! Gah, talk about horrible. I missed a great ride too from what I hear.

What a crappy end to an otherwise incredibly productive day. greh. i give up. -nrs

1.You need to get your self a pump that will tell you how much pressure you have in your tires
2.Have spare tubes on hand all the time or at least a patch kit.I have tubes at home, work and one on the bike at all times.
3.Yes that does suck to have to do all that work and never get where you want to go on time.
Better luck next time.
