just thought i would say hi, i want to take up some proper road biking having spent years cycling on the road on a not ideal mountain bike and finally deciding that i would give road cycling a proper go as i am interested in taking part in triathalons in the future. I am looking for advice as to what to expect where to get a decent road bike etc
