Mountain Biking - Avid Juciy Seven experience?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I am considering the Avid Juicy Seven disc, but since they are still pretty new, I don't know much about them. I would be using these brakes on a Blur that I use for XC riding, and some 24-hour racing. Does anyone have these brakes? If so, would you please comment?
ThanX! :)

Yeah the brake levers suck, they break too easily.

Ah, I remember reading your post about breaking levers. I couldn't seem to find the post with a search, though.
So, did Avid replace the levers for free? How long did it take to get new ones? Other than the lever problem, how do the brakes work?
ThanX!!

I'm still waiting for them, I gave up on them and got hopes instead.

That's a real bummer - I think I'm going to cross them off my list. How do you like the Hope discs?? Did you get the Mini???
