sandra (a pro racer) at bicycle johns in burbank is the only one i know in that area. eddie monnier at velo-fit would be my choice but he's over in the santa monica/venice area

Nate Loyal in Santa Monica would be my choice. I had a great experience with him. I've heard that Jason over at The Physical Edge in Arcadia is very good too, but I have no experience with him.
