First off, I've never built with CF rims. Reading the Spoke Tensions section of the Zipp wheel maint manua (http://www.zipp.com/portals/0/support/documents/ZIPP_A6_Wheel%20Manual_0306.pdf)l, it looks like lube is fine. I would probably go with my normal air tool oil for whole build. So, take a small yogurt or fruit cup, and squirt oil into it to a depth of 5mm. Drop the nips in there. Get a cotton swab, soak in oil, and hit the insides of all the spoke holes. Then dip two finger tips in the oil and touch all the threads in the spoke bundles.

I've never had spokes come loose using oil in this manner, and it makes future maintenance much easier because the nips don't bond to the threads as easily. Also, the build is very easy because you have less trouble getting the nips to turn even at very high tensions.
