Just got a 12-25 ultegra cassette. I am wondering if a spacer goes between the 19T and then the connected 21,23,25 part. When I bought it, it had a metal spacer there but I believe that is the spacer that goes on first before the cassette for 10 speed. I have 4 black plastic spacers and a metal one. Curious if the metal one is to put the 10 speed cassette on a 8/9/10 hub or is another one to space the loose cogs. Hopefully that was clear. Thanks
