Well, it depends on where you're starting from, but there are quite a few pretty reasonable rides of varying distances and difficulties here at the Seattle Bicycle Touring Club maps library:

The Tour de Cure has a 15 mile flat course along the Sammamish River Trail from Marymoor Park to Wilmot Gateway Park in Woodinville and back. Lots of people, lots of support, and the TdC is just a fun event to be part of. It's on May 17th this year.

The only other place I've ever heard of Biorad was from Nature Magazine's Podcast. I always remember how they had hilarious taglines for their products that would make my non-science-oriented friends' eyes pop out of their head.

We're having a fund raiser bike ride for the volunteer fire dept, there are three routes, from 20 miles - mostly flat to 72 miles with some climbing. There are pictures and more info, further down in this NW forum.
