Easy lesiure ride in Eastlake Chula Vista

I am taking a few family memebers on a ride this weekend and need some help finding a easy trail ride. None of them ride regularly so they want something sort of flat and not to diffucult for just a fun ride. I put in about 40 miles a week on my MTB so I am looking for something more for them. They want to do a trail ride so they don't have to deal with cars, any suggestions?

Flat is hard to find in East Chula Vista at least for roadies. I don't MTB so I'm unaware of any trails other than those that were built in the newer developments like Otay Ranch etc.
