I've got a perma-loose feeling in my headset. I can see some play in the lower cup area. I hope it isn't an ovalized head tube. I took it all apart and neither the cup or head tube is cracked. How can I tell where the problem is? If I need a new lower cup, what size cup fits the s&m next generation dirtbike?

have you checked thouroughly for cracks, because cracks in the lower cup are usually very small, i know this may sound stupid but are you sure you tightened it properly when you put it back together. if you do decide to get a new cup you need a 1, 1/8". and when you come to put it in and it just slides in, it means your headtube is more than likely overlized.
