so my lbs has a custom built KHS Flight 100 and they are saying that the parts alone cost them $575 and they are only asking $600 for it. i guess it was actually one of the employees who built it up for them self, but i guess the old wifey wouldnt let him keep it, so now the shop owner is trying to sell it for him just so he can recoup his money. or there is also a fuji track that is around 500 dollars but it doesnt come with a break. both bikes are similar in height, but the fuji is a little bit longer. and the fuji is a 56 and the KHS is only a 53, but it has the same Effective Stand over. i am 6' with a 32 inseam. i would also be open to any other bikes. i like the look of the langster as well, but i have heard that nobody really likes them since they are aluminum and they dont have true track measurements. thoughts? suggestions? Thanks a lot!!!

The KHS is going to be too small for you and the Fuji is overpriced if it's stock. What's your budget look like?

Go ride both of the bikes, buy the one that feels better to you. True track measurements don't matter.

Dude, a 53 is not going to fit someone six foot. I'm 6'1 and my track bike is a 59.

There is no way that a 6' rider should be on a 53 frame, period. I would say that 56 is even pushing it. Keep shopping, fixiefanatic.

I am 6 ft with regular proportions. I have 2 fixeds, an 80s Nishik and a 74 Mercier. THey are both 56 and they BOTH too small for me, especially the French one which feels waaaay small.

you probably need a 59. Just for your edification, I ride a 56, and I owned a 50 for a little bit. it was amazingly horrible to ride. you on a 53 will be about the same.

Have to agree...I'm 6' with a 33" inseam and I ride a 61cm (58cm top tube) Fuji Pro.
