My commute home was in the first snow of the season. I was in messenger kit, shorts, tights underneath and a wool sweater with polypro under that. My front half was all white by the time I got home (10 miles). It's suppose to turn to slush tomorrow, so my commute to my real job won't be too bad. But it does mean different tyres and a different bike, one with fenders.

This is really cool!

Well... I don't know if I'd call it "really cool", it's more like "cold" but it's manageable. I was looking at your icon and it reminded me of a conversation with a friend this morning that the Midtown Greenway between 5th Ave and Hiawatha won't be completed until next year now because of a hangup with Hennepin County. I'll have to admit about the snow, it should be an interesting ride home.

I would normally say I am jealous, but it is sunny and 78 here in Ohio today. About 30 over the average. Wish there was more daylight .

Sounds cool! We have around 8 inches in the ground now. Still snowing.
We are not expected to get above freezing until perhaps next week.
I am waiting on parts for my new commuter bike then I'll be joining your ranks!
I really can't wait!

Ohioh hit the nail on the head! It was 83 freeking degrees F. here today! Normal average is 64 or 65F. Boy when the it changes it will be overnight, and it will hurt!
I rode about 34 miles today and it was great! :D
