I came across this one in a Marin Post Office:

A pair of Tandem cyclists sought after harassing motorists and Park Rangers... It was reported they would ride up along vehicles and make taunting gestures and rude faces then speed away. One witness said that her children have not been able to sleep since the incident. A Park ranger was said to not be able to keep food down and has traumatic laughing jags at the most inappropriate times. We're all worried about this situation. Please keep a look out...
