I am planning on buying a small 2002 Intense Tazer frame. The guy is selling it with a Float and I would like to replace it. Does anyone know the Eye-to-eye legnth and the stroke for the Tazer? Thnx.

No, but look at the Intense site (if its still made) or call Intense and ask them, the customer service dude will know.

No, the Tazer is the slalom bike.
I think it's 6.1", but cannot be absolutely certain. Go to the website and ask, www.intensecycles.com They've been pretty good to respond to all of my questions, however, they are usually not in a hurry to do so.
