Im trying to install a Miche bottom bracket and I thought I had the right tool to screw in the cups but it seems to be too big. Anyone know what size tool I need to get the cups in?

You might want to send Park Tools an email for advice. I've emailed them such questions in the past and they've responded fairly quick (<4 hours).

I think you need the Park FR-1 Tool, which is also the freewheel tool.

I don't have the park version but I do have a freewheel remover. It seems like it can fit if I put a lot of pressure on it but I don't want to damage anything.

Please don't do this. Use the correct tool for the correct job.
