There have been a few threads lately talking about magnesium. I just thought I'd post the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance), and a list of foods with magnesium in them.
This site talks about the RDA and other information about magnesium:

This site lists foods in order of highest quantity of magnesium to lowest (based on 100-gram servings):
