So it's short. Perhaps it's the most problematic block? Or perhaps there's simply no room to retrofit in a bike lane the rest of the way, so they did what they could. I've seen far worse. Like the stretch of Bear Valley Pkwy in Escondido where there is a "bike lane" that is signed as such, but really is just a ridiculously narrow ribbon of pavement on the shoulder right next to a ditch. (The sections before and after that are fine.) People riding the Pie Ride wondering why there's the easy to miss turn onto Citrus when we eventually end up on Bear Valley anyway, now you know.
