Mountain Biking - fitting disk brakes with no frame mounts

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I have recently found a steal of a deal on some wheels with disks and hope hydraulics altogether.which i snatched up straight away.
My problem is although there are mountings for the rear brake, theres no mounts on the forks.
I've seen a gismo on another bike that creates mountings for the rear brake. But is there a gizmo to do the same for the forks? I've had a look around and haven't been able to find any!
If anyone knows where i could find one of these or even just to let me know they exist that would be wicked.
Cheers!!
There are several devices for frames but none for forks (that I've seen). Get the frame adapter and upgrade the fork.

My bikes a Cannondale super v800 (99 model).The forks are Fatty D's.
The reason im after a mounting gizmo's cos upgrading the forks is probly gona cost me big bucks(not only for the new forks but for the fitting). An theres nothing wrong with the ones i've got.

Bikester, unfortunately, there is no adapter for the forks. I would visit you LCD(Local Cannondale Dealer) (Just made that up!:))
Explain your situation to the dealer and see what he can do for you. Many times a frame will get damaged in shipping or has a warranty issue and the Cannondale Rep may have access to a spare fork with the disc tabs.
You can also try EBay!
