Today at my weekly weighin I dropped below 91KG & 200 LBs , My starting weight was 102 KG / 225 LBs & 23 weeks later I have lost 26 LBs

I started in October when I brought my first road bike and have consistently lost a pound or two per week
since then, My goal was always 90KG but now may have to revise that lower to what ? Not real sure

I rode my first Metric century a few weeks ago and now want to do a imperial century sometime over the summer so that is my next goal,
Also achieved things I thought I would never do ie learning to ride clipless
(Yes I have fallen) & climbing hills I thought I could never climb

Here are some pictures

Awesome, congratulations. I had just about the same change as you recently and it feels great, doesn't it? I can't really tell from the picture if this applies to you but I found a "loophole" in that people over 6 feet tall are also considered Clydes. Keep up the good work!

Cool and very well done. You're probably a lot more energetic so can take Miss 3 out some more!

Congratulations!

I'd say, sure, stay a clyde. The last thing we need is anyone trying to bulk up so they can be in the forum!

Great graph Bigtruck, were you doing anything else to lose the weight so consistently?

Not really to much else , I guess i cut out the odd desert here and there, Tried to drink more water regularly But in all honesty just a whole lot of really enjoyable miles

Thanks for all the other comments

Way to go!!!!! I am working on it also I started at 355 and as of this morning 205. I have not been under 200 since I was 14 or 15. (I am 48) Biking is getting alot easier also! up to a little over 100 miles a week riding 5 days or so. But I will be a Clyde till I die! Don't think I even like thin people. You know here in the US you are less likely to be killed in a volient crime if you are a Clyde....So there!!!!!!LOL

And it is likely to be much better to be an Ex-Clyde than an ex-parrot ( see Monty Pythons ).
