edit: I didn't realize how old this petition is - it's been around for a year or so. I doubt it's going anywhere with less than 9,000 signatures in less than a year.

Yea, this thread is very old. I saw this first on the SoCal forum, and I clicked on the URL, and found I already signed the petition.

Might be counter-productive is people start putting those on their gas guzzling SUVs.
