I recently got some 700 x 20 Shwalbe blizzard pro tyres after approx 40kms of use the one on the rear decided to come off the rim (a section of approx 100mm) as I was doing around 40km/h at the time I was less than impressed.
I have inspected the rim and the tyre and can't find any damage, the pressure was 100psi the reeccomended max pressure the tyre is rated to.
I deflated the tyre and reseated the tyre... Inflated with a mini pump so the pressure would have been lower than before... lasted about 200 metres and came loose again.
The front tyre has also raised itself up along a 50mm section.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks

Years ago, I had a similar problem. Took the tires back to the dealer and they were replaced. Turns out the maker had a quality control issue with a batch and the tires were slightly oversized.
