wow im having problems.
Make sure you reduce your fat and overal calories intake but dont skimp on the proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Be prepared to exercise a lot of will power!
I gained over a stone when I was off the bike for 3 months and I truely regret not being stricter on myself, as it is going to take me 5 months or more to get back to where I was!
