I'm between 2 tornado warnings areas. Weather here (work) is not good at all
and home is in a tornado box (expected to hit about 15 minutes).
Hope y'all ride out the storms okay.

Our tornado sirens just went off. My office is in Lake Dallas. NOAA shows a tornado that went from Flower Mound to Little Elm. Must have just gone south of my location. We did get hail. My wife is sitting at Intercontinental in Houston and my boys are at daycare and I have to figure out how to get across town and get them, with I-35 over Lake Lewisville at a stop. BLARGGGGG

Hope everyone is alright. I stayed home from work today with a massive head cold I've been battling since Saturday afternoon. I don't think we got so much as a drop of rain here. Watching the coverage the damage looked light and there were not as many tornadoes touching down as feared. I have a feeling that we're in for an active weather season.

you know that wall cloud/funnel that they showed in Frisco? My wife figures it was less than
1/2 mile from our house. Luckily it never touched down and kind of blew itself out (no I didn't delete
it, maybe Tom did). My wife did say we had very brief heavy rain with hail ( marble sized to some ping pongball size?) everything nice and dry when I got home.
Yah, Cuda I think you're right, gonna be a busy spring.

I was tired of the weather messing up my time on the bike and got out in the 45+ mph wind gusts. I held around 13-15mph into and across the wind and an easy 27mph with it behind me. It actually reminded me of climbing and decending in the Ozarks. Finally decided to pack it in when a section of the dock at White Rock Lake blew up on the shore. Wish I'd got a pic of a guy I saw leaned over 30-40 degrees just to ride in a straight line. No rain or tornados in that area of Dallas on Monday afternoon.
