Hey guys, i did a search for it, but found nothing..

Does anyone use this drink mix? I was reading that it has 80mg of caffeine per 8 oz serving, or 160mg per packet.

I have used it twice before on rides, I didnt have any negative feelings from it. Anyone think its bad/good stuff?

Besides the potassium and sodium, why are you using it as a ride drink instead of all the other formulations that are made for exercising?

I usually carry water with me on rides.. I picked it up, thinking it would be like a crystal light type drink.. not exactly.
