Never heard of them. Over here in Europe Ortlieb are he most popular and
best recommended. If you can get a set of these I'd strongly adivse it.

I have used these panniers for over 3,000 miles of touring. The good: durable, lightweight, many organizing pockets, somewhat inexpensive. The bad: NOT waterproof, smallish capacity, mounts only to a round tubular rack (usually not a problem)... You'll have to pack gear inside ziplocks or plastic bags.
Lone Peaks are decent; performed well, but I didn't pay any $ for them. (borrowed gear) If I were you... spend a few bucks more and go with Ortlieb, Vaude, or Performance. I'm personally going to switch to a BoB trailer for my next tour. Bottom line is you usually get what you pay for when is it come to quality gear!

I have a set, I used them in the front for some years. Took them on a couple of long tours. LP aren't expensive, and they're all right.
I had to sew mine up on the bottom after about a year or so. Carrying a lock around finally ripped the pannier.
I would replace the mounting hardware, too. It's not reliable, especially for front bags. Arkel sells its mounting hardware separately.
I still have the bags, though, and I'd use them if I didn't have a better set. They're not bad at all for commuting bags or what have you.
I would agree with the others that if you've got the money it's worth paying more for larger, stronger bags. To the list above, I'd add Arkel panniers.
