thats what the scale says. i need to remove that but cant exercise due to injury. plan my diet for me since im a poo poo head
7 pounds of fat is about 24,000 calories.
I think that there's probably a bit of water weight in there.
I would track over a longer period of time. Imagine:
Your true weight is 130lbs. You happen to be dehydrated and weight yourself on day 1, and see 128lb. Imagine you rehydrate and eat something to retain water. You will see yourself go up to 135lb. From your 128 that is huge but from 130 +/- 5lb isn't outrageous.
This is why body fat % is much more accurate.

As Nickel pointed out this is likely water weight. If you've had a few days of really hard efforts your body will boost the blood plasma by a significant margin as well.

Water and waste....
when I was losing weight I would often get this " bounce". for instance I remember once weighing myself after a 45 hilly ride and my weight being 220 lbs two days later it was 225! That used to make me crazy! . Not only was it dehydration but I sometimes would have irregular bowel movement, some days I would go several times, other days I would barely go once. It was often the difference of 1-2 lbs

I've seen that "bounce" as well, especially after a long ride. I don't get as much weight gain since I started using Perpetuem and eating better while on the ride. When I was using the sugary drink mixes, I would always gain about 5 lbs for a few days after the ride. Now, I gain maybe 1 or 2 lbs if anything. Keep properly hydrated while on the bike, and you're body won't have to take such drastic measures to re-hydrate you.

Also, you might try increasing your sodium intake during longer rides.
