Hey dudes

Does any of you know any software or websites that can help you find parts of websites that are not linked to?

Also, is there any way to access a website's database directly?

Basically, I am gleaning info from a website, but the web site's interface that lets you find and access the data, and move through the records is both clumsy and slow. Also, the way the data is presented on the site is annoying and bulky and I would prefer something simple and easy to read at a glance.

If desperate, you could resort to wget --dump, and sed.

Here you go - I pulled this from someone else:

Grab an entire website and browse offline

Most people use application like WebReaper (http://www.webreaper.net/)and HTTrack (http://www.httrack.com/page/2/en/index.html)to download an entire website for offline browsing but not me. I use them to snoop around and see how others structure their website, download all the code support files (like JavaScript files), and to grab all the graphic files and pages in one swift swoop.

You would be surpised how useful website copiers, offline browsers, or what ever you want to call them, can be. The two I've listed are the best freeware ones I could find...
