That happened not too long ago. I called the company before when it was still a crack and they told me to take a picture and email it to them. I didn't do it right away so before I could the bars broke. Then I got around to emailing them. It's been quite a few days and still no response.:mad: I've only had them since June-ish not even a year. I need to know what's up. . . Jerks.

Fuzzy, CALL them. Tell them you sent the pictures. Tell them these bars were a liability, luckily you didn't get too hurt. Ask them what they plan on doing about this.

Be sure to write down names, days and times you've called and left messages or talked to someone. Try to remember when you sent the pics in.

Keep a log of all of this info. If you feel you are not getting the proper help, ask to speak to a supervisor.

I keep on forgeting to call them, I always remember when they are closed.

Today me and a friend were going up the tops of those jersey curb and hopping off and his handle bar broke. :p
