I'm starting to enjoy this cycling thing! :) I did another challenging ride for me today. I had kind been eyeing the long hill Scripps-Poway parkway right after Pomorado....well, I decided to ride over to Scripps-Poway today to check out the bike path next to the 15 and was going to take a left at Pomorado but felt good after the downhill to Pomorado... I thought "what the heck" and took off up the hill! At the start I thought maybe I'd turn around in the middle and coast back down, but once I got in a rhythem I was set! I then decided to tackle my other scary roller on the 56 from Pomorado to the 15. I did the whole ride (about 13 miles) with stopping on any hills, only red lights! I couldn't beleive it! I promise I won't post a thread for every ride I do, but these last two have been pretty monumental for me.
