I searched but there were no specific responses regarding 9 or 10 speed compatibility of the FSA Gossamer crankset. I bought it used in good condition but I don't know what year is was made or if it's compatiable with my soon-to-be 10 speed drive train. I haven't bought the chain and cassette yet, so any advice on which to purchase would be great.
Is this going to be a trial and error type thing?
Does it depend on the space in between the chainrings or the thinkness of the chainrings themselves?
Here's a picture of the crank (below).
Thanks!
EDIT: The new Gossamer is 9 or 10 according to the FSA website, but mine is not new.

My '07 Felt F1X came with a FSA Gossamer and it is 10-speed. Your's looks a bit different though so I can't say for sure.
I have what looks to be the same model year gossamer as you, but in compact (05-06). I am running it with a 10sp 105 drive train and sram PC-1090 chain with no issues.

My 2007 Giant OCR1 came with FSA Gossamer cranks. It has 105 components, 10 speed, and I believe came with a Shimano chain but now has a SRAM.

This is hopeful. Perhaps yours is the same model year because every Gossamer I've googled for images appears to now have black crankarms.
