I've test ridden the Trek 1200. It seemed pretty stiff, though very light. Felt every rock onthe road. Planning on trying the Allez Sport Triple. I rode the Giant OCR2 and so far it is my leading candidate for my new bike.

While I know most of this is subjective to rider, I'm just interested in any opinons of the above bikes I'm looking at.

Thanks, everyone!

The carbon of the OCR2 is obviously more comfortable due to its dampening qualities. The aluminum Trek and SPecialized are likely to feel harsh in comparison. You should also ride a good steel frame as the middle ground and see what you think.

The OCR series is aluminum. Both bikes in this case just have carbon forks. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the bikes you're looking at, so just choose the one that feels best.
