OK, not really. But doing my Skyline-to-Newberry-to-30-to-McNamee-to-Skyline route today I almost missed the mist. While the sun felt great all the sports cars and motorcycles blasting up and down Skyline were a not-so-cool harbinger of things to come with the warmer weather. On the way back when it's almost dark I'm used to seeing maybe one or two cars, today is was like a racetrack. I had forgotten how much you tighten up when a motorcycle on full song comes blasting right up behind you. Not that I don't like the things; I own and ride one. Just a note of things to pay attention to and enjoy when you have them...like Skyline last Thurs when it was in the 30s and sleeting. Not a car or motorcycle in sight.

I really don't mind the rain as long as it's not raining sideways. The cold fog is what I hate! It seems to get into everywhere. Just to chill you right down to bone.
Yes, you really need to watch out for the Ricky road racers on their motorcycles. It's the unskilled ones that just got it last xmas and have no brain that really scares me. I like you have motorcycles also. I used to be a long distance rider putting on 50k to 60k a year on them.
Skyline is a great road. Have fun! :->
