So this is from what used to be a 20 min interval 6 weeks ago. I'm pretty happy with my power and w/kg. I am still a little short on the sprint and 5s, 30s intervals-but I have not worked on those yet and won't until probably the end of April.
I love the powertaps and with prices for used ones gone up so much, I am real happy that I got them when I did.

Whenever I see pictures like that, I try to read them like EKGs. I'm sorry, but you have atrial fibrillation.

It feels like I die a little after each, that's for sure. I am a pretty strong cat4, but need to work on my race tactics and attacks.

Ok OT

But for the price of the various Power software, you'd think they would give some sort of reporting capability. Seems uber cheesy to always have to stare at screenshots.

Hmm. Make the graph bigger. Add more lines. Repeat five times, for different files. Re-post.

Took me about 12 hours to realize this. My 20 min max I've recorded is 234 watts. 65 watts lower. And no way IrishPat is within 30 pounds of my weight. Depressing.

btw here's IP and me last month:

IP is the dude with the grimace, red/white helmet, goatee, white and dark green top, to the right of the picture (he got 4th in the field). I'm on the left, the short legged one, hauling my 175 lbs as fast as I can go (2nd in field). The red footed guy beat me :(

Just goes to show, watts don't mean crap!! I'm glad I have them, but it's better to race smarter than harder. Glad that Bethel are training races and I can mix it up and try some things I wouldn't in a regular race. For me, the hillier, the better. You are a force to be reckoned with in the sprints, you find or make an opening and go, that's why so many guys try to get on your wheel in the last lap.
