I just put on a Stratos Superstar8 on my bike. I put on the wheel, but the hub is loose, and I can't get it tight, has some play in it, and it makes my disc brake rub all the time. This is my first time messing with a 20mm thru axle. How do I fix this?

First off, give Stratos a call and ask them. Here is there contact info STRATOS (http://www.stratashock.com/)

If you are in a rush to get the rig rolling then take it to your lbs and ask them.
It could be the hub is to narrow, barrings worn out, pinch bolts not tight. There are a variaty of things that can be wrong.

Also, almost always when you put a new fork on you will have to re-adjust the brake caliper.

I would believe that there is something wrong with your hub and/or a miss aligned caliper because Stratos makes a very good product and everything sould bolt right up.

One last thing, the tubes may be twisted in the clamps. You should check that as well/
