I plan to watch the peloton as it comes through Toulouse. I've never seen the Tour live before (I even missed the London stage last year) so I'm really looking forward to that.

Your plan sounds spot on - I wish I had enough holiday left to do it too. Watching the Tour is a great motivator for me.
