dude that is awful! I knew you were feeling GOOD coming into this race. God that sucks.

I swear this **** always happens when you have that great feeling going into a race.

I heard it was pretty tough from someone else that raced. Sounds like it got all blown up on the hills. Quite the opposite of Jeff cup.

Yikes. No fun. Reminds me of when I threw up on myself during a TT last year. Barf splotches on a skin suit are SO very Fred.

It sounds like this was a very brutal race. One report said there were at least 3 groups on the road all spread out. Dang, I missed a good one.

Although that's bad -

the race did not end in an ambulance.

Chunks.

Listen, if your HR was under 209 at the time (that's what my HRM read one time when I raced with a cold) I think I have that story beat.

Yeah, but if you live long enough you're likely to have better stories. You should compete in the 45+ stories category.

bd...hope you're feeling better fast....yuk.

The real news here to me is that I saw for the first time that botto changed his avatar?!

Wow....stunned, I reached for my morning Cafe Vienna for anotehr sip as I contemplate the deeper meaning of what this signifies.

This morning's race (Tyson's Corner), last lap up the climb I passed a guy puking while still trying to keep pace. Good stuff.

I just noticed too. Nice choice, botto.

Hip: your coffee could be taken as unintentionally symbolic (http://www.reuther.wayne.edu/man/1intro.htm).

bdc: I raced last weekend with the flu coming on. Condolences.

Amen, no bleeding bodies or broken bones or bikes.
