Were you guys watching on CyclingTV? If so, is it good quality and worth the price?

1) Great quality.
2) Worth the price if you are available (and awake) to watch enough races.
the idea of watching a voorjaars klassiek on a computer is just wrong.

I caught the eurosport feed. Link on http://www.cyclingfans.com. Not the best quality but the price was right.

Watched it on VS, which usually bites, but was pretty good this time. Probably because the action and top riders were to the front.
Did you catch the part were Liggett descibed the next to last climb as one Sherwin walked up?
Anyway, my whole family was cheering for Stijn for the last hour. One of the best races I've watched in a while.
Recorded it. Haven't watched yet (prolly shouldn't have read this thread)

Sorry - wasn't thinking of spoilers once it was on VS. Still worth watching.

Watched the whole thing riding the rollers (fracking rain!). I almost fell off said rollers laughing when Liggett got that gibe in on Sherwin.
Very exciting finale. I think my power and pace went up during the last 10 min. Completely unintentional. I got caught up in the moment. :)
You know the coverage wouldnt suck so much if they would cut back on the commericals, or get a better variety of them. It seemed like the same 4 commercials over and over and over and over again.

probably why the spinning classes i did back in oct/nov had giro/tdf/vuleta/classics videos playing for the tough parts. ;)

one more reason why the coverage of racing in the US sucks hard.

Ok - PEZ just described the people living in Flanders as Flandrians. Are they not called the Flemish (besides being Belgian)?

No commercials on my DVR dude.
If today wasnt a reco ride day, i would have done commmercial break intervals. They work like football game intervals, only the pain lasts longer.

Very good race for Quickstep. It sure helped that nobody wanted to escort Boonen to the finish line.
Anyway today I hadn't ridden since Friday when I rode in the pouring rain. Yesterday I had lots of chores (lawn mower repairs/engine rebuild, and bike maintenance for my two road bikes, my commuter bike, and my boys' bikes) so the only ride was a quick one to the LBS to get a new chain for my commuter.
Today was also crappy weather, but I really needed to get in a ride. Instead of taking either of my road bikes that are now spotlessly clean after yesterday, I got out my old Detto's and the oldest kit I could find to put in a 25 mile ride in the rain on my 1986 Cannondale that is now my commuter. I even searched out some unpaved roads to ride on, but bailed after about a quarter mile on those because it was like riding in quicksand.
My kit was so filthy when I got home that I actually had to wash it twice. I took my bike back outside to clean it in the rain because it was too disgusting to clean in the house. I was tempted to weight myself before and after my shower to see how much dirt came off.
It was a great ride.
Then I settled in to watch the Versus coverage while sipping on a Triple Moine.
Life is good.

No worries. Watching it now.

This is why you never ride with your head down. Especially in Belgium and Holland. (http://www.dailymotion.com/search/flandres/video/x4zh0p_chute-tour-des-flandres_sport)
For those that don't speak French..."Holy s**t. What an idiot."
I read reports that people wondered if he had been killed, this was that bad.

Was it just me or when they were showing the "Move of the Day" on VS where Stijn breaks away, wasn't that Georgie right behind him, classic move, as soon as Stijn takes off, the first move by George, head on a swivel to see if everyone else was going to chase him, god knows he wasn't going to. Kind of classic George, the story of his career.

yes, George Hincapie is the only bike racer to ever assess whether another rider would bridge up to an attack. Classic.

He checked his feet first to make sure they were still attached.

George was playing the right tactic at the time. It's the chance you take, when you are getting caught back by 30 riders.

he was interviewed and said devolder was sitting in during the end of their break while hincapie and everyone was trying to stay away. when they got caught devolder was rested and jumped while everyone else in caught break was spent including hincapie.

I watched the race live. Devolder was working his arse off for Boonen all day. That would have been about the only part of the race from 110km to go until the finish where Devolder sat on.
