I flipped my stem over the winter. After a couple hard rides this week, I think I need to adjust my saddle. I am feeling the nose is now too high with my lower position. Anyone else experience this and what did you do?

Normal feeling...Just drop the nose of the saddle a little........and go out and ride....

I have a lot of crazy ideas, but when I thought I needed to adjust my saddle, I adjusted my saddle. I was worried about getting slapped by a donkey, but so far no problem.

Hmm... if you adjust your saddle and you slide forward? Then what? I'm guessing the sliding forward results from not enough powwa in your legs.
So is there a formula that only with +300W and up you should flip your stem?

I think it is more like the tangent of the stem angle is proportional to the natural log of your power.

I dropped a couple of powerful natural logs this morning.

After a couple long rides and the resulting sore neck, sore back, I flipped it back today. I prefer the comfort, I guess....

You are probably faster which ever way you are more comfortable. Ride on.

This is probably the most sensible advice I've read on the forums. Ever. Cheers.
