I'm getting my first set of cycling apparel but I'm confused about what to get.

I have already decided to get the Voler bib short (http://www.velowear.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=111046&variation=&aitem=6&mitem=9)

But is there a major difference between the Voler Club Jersey (http://www.velowear.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=101235&variation=&aitem=37&mitem=37) and the Voler Wind Vest (http://www.velowear.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=101223&variation=&aitem=8&mitem=19)

Do you wear both? Or can I just wear the wind vest over my bib? Is the wind vest for summer wear when its really windy to put on over the jersey?

If I get the Club Jersey then I'll probably just go with the Voler Wind Jacket (http://www.velowear.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=101224&variation=&aitem=9&mitem=19) to wear this winter.

What do you guys/gals think?

A wind vest is like a jacket you would wear over a shirt. No difference really.
You take off a jacket you expect to have a shirt underneath. Same case here. Vests have no sleeves. No shirt underneath vest, take off vest, you are shirtless should it be warm..
The Voler team apparel I think is really cool. I have the team shorts and Voler bike to work jersey. Really like them.
