Things have gotten scrambled on the YTD totals somehow. I won't have time to address it til Wednesday at least. Just letting every one know I'll get on it. I have to prep for a major presentation on the nature of Free Will. This presentation is going to be to Freshman Class, and will make or break my semester grade for the class I'm dong it for.

Just letting y'all know I will get on it as soon as I can.:D

Wish me luck!!!!!

Hey Tom, is it the group totals because my individuals are correct.

It hit some but not all apparently, so I'm going to have to recheck all the codes. :(

Tom, I took a look and found a couple obvious problems. I can fix them if you'd like. If not, to save you time, they are:
The YTD total for Feb only goes to row 51. It should go to row 76. Most of the rest of the months also end early, on row 75 instead of 76.

The individual YTD formulas for April pull in March sums for a different person: G15 = Sum(MARCH!G16)+F15. This is broken in rows 15 through 75.

Chuck, that would be great! I appreciate the offer and the reply is a resounding YES! :D

Fixed the problems I noted already. It turns out the spreadsheet has autosave on, so earlier testing that I did actually ended up being saved.

I also went through the rest of the months and cleaned up errors with individual totals in each month that were throwing off the YTD total. I confirmed that the YTD total works each month through year end.

The final fix I did was to correct the weekly total for each column. It wasn't going to the bottom row.

I've managed to ride exactly 11.3 miles since the second week of Feb , so I don't want to hear your complaints! :fight: Go ride already. :p:lol:

Yeah, I had to go in and redo a lot of my data. Luckily I had a copy of it elsewhere. :/
