I have Truvativ Luftalarm cranks and I was wondering wether i could convert to LHD without having any trouble with them, you know, just a simple, change the side the sprockets on?

You would need a new hub and the pedals will come loose

thats when you dont have a bolt for the left arm.

Red Loctite will fix that.
