Hello!
I need some help. I had a LeMOnd bicycle lock. I know it had some type of warranty on it when I bought it. I will like to know how to contact the company about a claim. Maybe a web site or a Costumer Service number will help. Please my bicycle was robbed :( and on top on that I was furlough from my job... Anyone that knows anything about this company out there ??? Thanks a lot!
Fernando:)

I seriously doubt that Lemond brand locks carry any kind of theft protection. Even "the club" car locks only will pay you the deductable on a car theft, and that is limited to something like $300. The fact that they are sold at Target (and quite cheaply, I might add) would tend to support this assertation.
Your homeowners or renter's insurance should cover the bike, assuming that you have serial numbers and/or purchase invoices. Without these, nobody is likely to pay you for your loss.
Even the best lock is not a deterrent to a determined and resourceful thief.
