How long did it take to your Downtube?

How long did it take for you to receive your DT after ordering and what method did they ship? I am just curious since it doesn't say on their website and they haven't answered my email inquiry.

Very close to a week on most of them (3 to 4 business days). I've been lucky and had one arriving in less than 3 days though.

All of mine took 5 business days to California

Likewise, 5 business days to CA. They were similarly non responsive when I emailed. I'm used to getting ship notifications whenever I order something online, so it was weird not getting one and then not hearing back when I emailed to ask. I got someone on the phone after a few days on wondering, and they said it was on the way. I guess they are "old school".

The bike was really well packed and in perfect shape when it arrived.

What was the shipping method? I am scared that if I am not home it won't be left at the door.

I got mine sent up here to Canada in 3 days via UPS.
