Here's a weird question:
What's the farthest you've ridden (I know it's just a guess)
1: Without putting a foot down (or leaning on a pole or anything, just riding)
2 Without getting off the bike (putting a foot, or feet, down is OK, even stopping, But you have to stay over the top tube or seated on a recumbent.)

I did a 24 hour ride about 12 years ago. Mountain bike with slicks and part of a Team of 4. Each circuit was about 20 miles and I did the first 4 laps in 5 hours non- stop. So 80 miles is the estimate. Rest of the ride did not go so well.
50 miles.
Years ago on a organized century which I was riding alone, I zoned out and rode right past the 25 mile morning rest stop. The lunch break was at the 50~ mile point, luckily I had cookies in my jersey pockets so I had no problem getting to the lunch stop. I was in my early 40's then so pee stops weren't an issue for me yet.:o

I did 32 flat miles last week and never stopped pedaling thanks to straight country roads with few stops signs and those that were there were roll-thru worthy. Total ride was about 60 miles.

Although not very far, I've commuted to work without having to put a foot down. Of the roughly 15 traffic signals, I usually hit red lights with about half of them so I trackstand them while waiting for the light to change.
