I have two Carbent recumbents. When I bought the second one (a dual 650), FSA no longer made the 165mm Carbon cranks like I have on my first Carbent. Is there any one out there that can help me find 165mm cranks to fit my Carbent? Both bikes have triple "Q" rings.

You might try ebay. It's amazing what you can find there with some patience and luck. FWIW, I've never been burned, scammed, etc buying or selling there. YMMV, of course.

I use 165mm cranks on my trikes and that size is somewhat limited in availability. The best option for new cranks is Shimano, either Ultegra or 105. Don't consider Dura Ace as you can't fit your Q Rings on those cranks.
