Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I know three things
1. Leader is making cheap stuff
2. This fork is perfect rake wise for me
3. leader gets bashed quite a bit
In any case, I am trying to build a cheap but nice bike, and I need a fork.
What's the worst that could happen??

Well I guess worst comes to worst the steerer snaps at the crown at terminal velocity in a sprint.
I've actually got one of these forks and have given it some decent abuse this year. It's holding up just fine. It's aero and plenty stiff (though I'm not a heavy weight). It's not light, the walls of the steerer tube are nice and thick. I think it'll be pretty bomb proof.
