Fifty Plus (50+) - Tire ?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Anybody ever run these?http://biketiresdirect.com/productdetail.asp?p=COULS
If so what were they like?

Conti Ultra Sports are good for a cheap tire: reasonably durable, reasonably fast and smooth riding. Better than most other Contis I've ridden (especially GP's). And they do run close to nominal width, unlike most other Conti's I've used, which can be up to 20% narrower than the marked size (specifically, an old pair of Top Tourings, marked 700x32c, measured 26mm wide).

I have a pair of those in 27" that I haven't put a lot of miles on yet, but they seem to be nice tires. I would definitely use them for my style of riding, which is leisurely by most standards...
I don't know about their abilities if you are a more aggressive rider, but the rubber compound seems on the softer side of the spectrum (non-scientific observation) that makes me feel comfortable with their "grippiness" so I definitely like them. And I think about 20% or more of what makes a tire good is the rider thiniing they are good. ;)
EDIT: My biggest point of agreement with the above review is smooth... and that's where I place my value on a bike tire.
