Here is my packed Downtube NS. The F'lite suitcase also holds front and rear racks and fenders, trailer wheels, hitch and frame, camera, tools, packing material, tools, lock, bungees and a few small things. I got it to just under 50lbs. I can leave the rear rack and fender on bike.
