Imagine that with an Xtracycle on the back... über utility! Maybe this is the ultimate answer to the "utility bikes = xtracycle / big dummy only?" thread from last week? :D

Plus Uber-long. Could be too unwieldy.
Just how much weight do expect a Mom to pedal?:eek::eek:
Give the lady a break already!:D:D:D
Woah, that's a pretty short skirt for a bike. :D
IIRC Todd Farahr(sp) from Clever Cycles in Portland built one, promptly took it apart again too. Maybe he will chime in as to the whys or why nots of it. I suspect it would make the wheelbase way too long and unwieldy. BTW that is one of my favorite pictures...
Aaron:)

Yeah, that takes the "super-mom" thing a bit far :)
Hey, how about a tandem bakfiets? That way both parents can pedal. Then you can put a FreeRadical on THAT and probably cause some sort of an implosion in the space-time continuum...
when i get my bilenky i'm entertaining the thought of putting the xtra on it for Bike to Work Day :)

And your problem with that is?........
I notice Worksman makes industrial trikes with two rear wheels and single front, similar to the normal Adult Tricycle. Then they make the Industrial Trikes with two front wheels and a single rear wheel. Then they take the front from one and the back from the other and make a 4-wheel version- similar principle.
